Exam and Winter Session Schedule

Please be advised -

During the reading and exam period (December 13th - December 22nd), all smart cabinets will remain locked unless use is requested in advance.

If you need to use the equipment after Wednesday Dec 13th, please call Enhanced Classroom Support at 732-445-3612 to schedule a cabinet opening.

We will have students working in our annex location to open/lock cabinets and assist with equipment challenges during December 26 - 29th; however, our main office will be closed. We will re-open on January 2, 2007.

Equipment theft in River Dorms

On December 7, 2006, we had the following items stolen from the River Dorm Classrooms:

Frelinghuysen A-1 - 36" Monitor and DVD/VCR player
Frelinghuysen B-5 - 27" Monitor/dvd/vcr combo unit
Hardenberg B-5 - 27" Monitor/dvd/vcr combo unit

ECS is working closely with the RUPD to recover the equipment, however, we will not be able to replace these items until the winter break. If you require equipment for courses in these classrooms, please contact our office at 5-3612 x15, and we will schedule an equipment delivery.
