Pharmacy Touch Screen Failure

The touchscreen in Pharmacy 115 is currently malfunctioning.

The system can be used by selecting inputs manaully. To do this, you will need to change inputs on the projector by pressing the INPUT button on the Sony projector remote control located in the podium and by selecting the appropriate input on the switcher located in the bottom left of the podium. Detailed instructions with a list of the inputs that correspond to each piece of equipment are taped to the inside of the podium.

Please call us if you have any questions, we have technicians available to assist with manual set up.
We apologize for the inconvenience while we work to repair the touchscreen.

We hope to have the system repair during Spring Break and we ask for you contact us with any issues.

To all staff working the Busch campus:

The touch screen in PH 115 is out of service.

The system is now in "MANUAL MODE".
There are three aspects to the manual operation of the system:

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
I. Video Projector
This is controlled using the hand held remote, currently in the
podium. Point the remote at the projector mounted on the ceiling.

A. Turn the projector ON and OFF by pushing the green button labeled
"I/O". When you turn the projector off, the projector will first
ask if you are sure. Confirm by pushing the green button again.

B. Select an appropriate INPUT by pushing the INPUT button on the
remote. The projector will display the current input on the screen.

1. For VCR, VIDEO SLIDE PROJECTOR, VISUALIZER, and DVD,
select VIDEO.

2. For LAPTOP select INPUT-A

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
II. Input Select Switcher

This is the box located in the bottom of the equipment cabinet, beneath
CASSETTE PLAYER

Select the appropriate INPUT by pushing the corresponding numbered
button:

1. LAPTOP
2. AUDIO CASSETTE
3. VIDEO SLIDE PROJECTOR
4. VCR
5. DVD
6. VISUALIZER

------------------------------------------------------------------------
III. Devices are controlled by pushing buttons on the front of the
devices.

------------------------------------------------------------------------
At the end of the day, remember to turn everything off. AND DON'T FORGET TO TURN OFF THE VIDEO PROJECTOR!
