Each student begins the semester with a balance of 100 Tech-Points.
Students will accumulate either “+ Tech Points” or “– Tech Points” based upon their individual job performance.
The point values for “+ Tech Points” and “– Tech Points” are indicated in the Tech-Point Value Guide.
“+ Tech Points” will be applied to each individual student’s balance based upon the completion/performance of tasks that are in addition to those outlined in the STUDENT ASSISTANT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES sections of the Enhanced Classroom Support Student Assistant Manual.
“– Tech Points” will be applied to each individual student’s balance based upon the failure to complete or perform tasks outlined in the STUDENT ASSISTANT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES sections of the Enhanced Classroom Support Student Assistant Manual or as outlined in the Tech-Point Value Guide.
At the end of the semester, the 10 students with the highest Tech-Point balances will qualify for the Awards Program and be awarded valuable prizes. The students with the top 3 Tech-Point totals will receive additional compensation. (Prizes will be finalized and announced during the semester)
In the event that there are more than one student with the same point value, ties will be decided by:

Points will be awarded on a weekly basis. The totals of the top 20 students will be posted at the end of each month.

Tech-Point totals accumulated during a semester are valid for the current semester only and cannot be carried over to the next semester.
If at any time a student’s Tech Points balance falls below 40 Points, that student will be terminated.

Students must begin working at Enhanced Classroom Support no later than3 weeks after the start of the semester in order to qualify for the Awards Program. Students who begin work after that date will not qualify for Awards Program prizes, however, they may still accumulate points.

Students must be employed for the entire semester to qualify for the Awards Program.
Pop – up opportunities may arise during the semester allowing one the opportunity to gain additional points. Keep your eyes and ears open.
